Black Initiatives is an organization focused on helping our Black Community by creating & executing long-term, high impact, sustainable initiatives.

Founded in 2020 by Ginel McLarty, Black Initiatives aims to address the growing needs of Black communities around the world. Our mission for 2022 is to positively impact the lives of 1000 Black Individuals. We will start at our base in Canada with a goal of reaching Black Communities around the world.
